Having sessions just to feel good and
de-stress can have wonderful health benefits.

Stress, poor eating habits, injury and work posture can lead to various problems such as tension headaches, IBS, fatigue, or a busy mind that can't switch off.

 

During your session I will teach you how to “dial down” your nervous system and feel balanced again.

Before following my path as an acupuncturist my background was in psychology and I used to work in an NHS psychiatric unit dealing with patients’ high stress and anxiety.

In my experience most physical ailments that people seek treatment for come hand in hand with emotional and mental struggles.

You may come initially for gut or sleep problems or headaches but the treatment will also target any underlying stress that's accompanying it.

My sessions include guided relaxations while I work on releasing the mental and emotional strains that are held in the body. You will leave the session armed with simple lifestyle tips and mind-calming exercises that you can do in between sessions.
